Hand in Hand Together (HHT) is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to providing
humanitarian aid and encouragement directly to people of the Former Soviet Union, primarily Ukraine.
Since 1994, HHT has collected and distributed humanitarian aid to needy people and groups in the Former
Soviet Union. This aid includes food, clothing, shoes, school supplies, bicycles, and medical supplies. The aid is carefully
distributed and monitored by volunteer committees and missions in the receiving countries.
